The client

MesoLotte is the practice of Lotte, a certified meso-nutrition coach with a unique approach that blends Western science with Eastern wisdom. From Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine to orthomolecular nutrition and homeopathy, Lotte helps women between 30 and 60 improve their health naturally: one step, symptom, and lifestyle shift at a time.

The challenge

Lotte originally built her own website using Wix. While it did the job in the beginning, it no longer reflected the level of care and quality she offers. The site looked a bit generic, wasn’t converting well, and didn’t really show who she is or how she works.

Here’s what wasn’t working:

  • The services weren’t explained clearly
  • There was no natural flow or structure, just a collection of pages
  • Pricing wasn’t converting visitors into clients
  • The tone and visuals didn’t feel warm, personal, or luxurious (all things that are important to her brand)
  • Visitors didn’t get a clear sense of trust, personality, or what to expect after booking

What Lotte really wanted was a site that would feel personal and exclusive, while still being warm, calming, and approachable. Something that felt like her.

The goal

Together, we set out to create a new website that would:

• Feel friendly and personal, without being too clinical

• Guide visitors through a clear journey, from first visit to booking

• Clearly explain what MesoLotte offers, and how it helps

• Share Lotte’s story and approach in a real, relatable way

• Make it easy for people to choose a service and book on their own

• Be flexible enough to grow with her (for things like workshops, talks, and new programs)

We kicked off with a brand and customer journey session to map out why people visit the site, what they’re looking for, and what they need to trust and take action.


Here’s what we uncovered:

  • Most visitors arrive with a complaint—they’re tired, bloated, dealing with skin issues, or just not feeling like themselves
  • They’re looking for a natural solution, not just another doctor
  • They want to know what Lotte offers, whether it fits them, and if they can trust her
  • They need to understand how it works, what kind of results to expect, and how to get started

That journey became the foundation for everything: layout, copy, design, and tone.

Bringing the Brand to Life

Lotte wanted the new site to feel soft, clear, and confident, like a calm, personal conversation. Visually, we used:

  • A refined palette of warm natural tones
  • A combination of friendly and elegant fonts
  • Rounded corners and organic shapes for a more welcoming feel
  • Clean spacing and calming imagery (including photos of Lotte, her space, and her study background

We developed clear visual and tone guidelines to keep everything consistent across the site and future pages.

Making It All Make Sense

One of the biggest challenges was clarity. The old site didn’t explain the services well, and it didn’t answer the kinds of questions potential clients had.

Here’s what we changed:

  • We broke the service down into 3 simple steps, so people know exactly what to expect
  • We added a clear overview of each consultation type
  • We included real symptoms at the top of the homepage, things people are actually feeling right now
  • We added a soft call to action for people who are unsure: “Let’s talk it through”
  • We split the About Lotte section into scrollable parts: a quick intro, a deeper background, and photos of her journey and practice, making it more personal and real
  • We made the booking process feel simple and smooth, with a fast-loading calendar right on the site

These changes didn’t just make the site prettier, they made it work better, too.
